All SG Convenience vehicles have with telematics tracking units feeding into our in-house Cella Track programme.
Cella Track empowers operators to view and manage planned and active routes, track routes, compare planned vs actual trip information, view and manage driver route compliance, and manage daily trends.
Pinpoints exactly where the vehicle is and shares:
- Notifications and alerts.
- Number of completed customer stops.
- Time spent at the customer.
- Start and end times.
- Notifies the customer of delivery ETA via SMS.
Control Tower
Our Control Tower enables centralised monitoring and tracking of all SG Convenience vehicles nationally.
Monitors vehicle temperature, route adherence, excessive offloading time, and predicts potential late deliveries.
Provides an integrated overview empowering the control tower operator to detect risks and opportunities earlier.
Serves as a central communication point between control tower operators, national transport managers, and drivers via the EPOD device.
Notifies the customer of delivery ETA via SMS.

Cella ePOD
Cella ePOD is a mobile application used by our SG Convenience drivers to direct them from our depot to their delivery sites using Waze GPS Navigation.
Assists with managing the delivery of goods, captures images of items delivered to manage product quality, and has a sign-on-glass capability for electronic proof of delivery that can be supplied to the customer.
Allows customers to sign for deliveries directly on the mobile device with the signature time-stamped and saves the GPS coordinates to confirm the correct delivery location.
Records images of any delivery anomalies and allows the POD to be scanned into the SuperScan Repository after debriefing.
Enables drivers to contact the control tower or call centre should they need to communicate with their Home Depot.

Cella Rep is a mobile application used to assist our SG Convenience sales representatives with vital information when visiting a customer.
- Provides offline and online status capabilities enabling a Sales Representative to place real-time orders with full integration into our ERP systems.
- Capability to inform principals on product performance and to drive store compliance.
- Allows selective “Top of list” items, “Must Have” items, “Must Stock” items, and “What other Customers” bought items.
- Tracks and manages spend, targets, customer contact information, and account statuses of each Sales Representative.
- Guides the Sales Representative on stock availability as stock levels are available on the app in real-time.
- Sends the Sales Representative an instant notification of the successful placement of the order, and throughout the remainder of the order lifecycle.
