In line with the capabilities offered through our warehousing facilities and multi-temperature truck delivery, SG Convenience is able to store and deliver a range of high- quality products across dry, frozen and liquor categories. Customers can enjoy receiving a full range of products delivered on one invoice, having to only deal with one creditor.
SG Convenience distributes a wide variety of products to a diverse range of customers, including but not limited to forecourts, liquor stores, restaurants, fast food outlets, HORECA and PFM channels. The National Claims and Pricing Department is responsible for processing all price increases or price changes on all products on a national level, ensuring compliance and standardisation of product pricing across all regions.
Another part of our extensive service offering to both suppliers and customers is being able to facilitate promotions and discounted pricing as negotiated between suppliers and customers. Suppliers confirm any negotiated promotions or pricing to the claims department, who then in turn loads, facilitates and manages this on their behalf. The customer receives their negotiated pricing on invoice and the supplier receives singular monthly claims with all promotional sales data and supporting documentation. This can be managed nationally, regionally or singularly for customer groups or individual customers alike.
